Let the team at Battle Fitness coach you right from the comfort of your own home and/or gym! Regular group training classes, gym workouts, and home workouts will be provided!
You don't have to be a member with us or any gym for that matter!
It is time to adapt. As trainers, we are constantly telling our clients we cannot let every obstacle become an excuse. The COVID-19 Pandemic is a pretty extreme circumstance, BUT still does not make becoming healthy and fit in 2021 impossible!
We are now opening our Virtual Doors to every single person that wants to work with our qualified team of Trainers.
....and not allowing any of those old excuses get in your way.

Here are the details:
We aren't just looking for everyone that made the resolution to lose weight this year ... and every year before that. We want the people that are serious about making a commitment to living healthier, being stronger, and feeling better.
We want to provide the knowledge, workouts, & accountability to do so.
You do not have to be an on-site member to join. You just need to want to make a change....
What you get:
WORKOUTS:
Each week we will release
2 DIY Gym Workouts | 2 At-Home Workouts* | 1 HIIT Workout
online with videos and instructions.
While still holding in-person classes at Battle Fitness!
Workouts will stay available to you! So each week you will have more and more workouts to choose from.
*home workouts will require a kettlebell and bands
NUTRITION:
Learn how to balance your meals and meet your goals with flexible dieting and tracking macros. It takes more than just counting calories to build muscle and burn fat.
You will learn how to balance your diet through
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Check in with your coaches weekly and utilize the group's private facebook group to stay on track! This is where we will release workouts, nutrition help, and other advise.
HOW TO WIN:
This is NOT about who can lose the most weight in the least amount of time. While we support your weight loss goals, our main priority is making your body healthier and stronger through proper nutrition and learning what it really means to be healthy....you should not necessarily need meal replacement shakes and weight loss pills to get there! The CHALLENGE PART is how consistently you can achieve your goals each week. The longer you stick with it, the more progress you will see!
