This class is a straightforward circuit training style designed to hit the whole body through a combination of interval training and strength to rev up your metabolism, burn fat, and build definition. We utilize high intensity and low rest times without sacrificing form. By the end of the week, you will have worked your entire body and can be content in reaching your goals.
The circuit-based format is utilized to challenge your workout and allow each participant the opportunity to go at their own pace if they choose. If there is enough time, we end with a "finisher".
At least 3 workouts per week is recommended for optimal results....but we won't hold you back from coming in for more!

This is the major reason we recommend signing up for the 6 weeks in advance. Excuses are not difficult to come by...make one less by committing to your goals in advance! There are no lies or gimmicks here, we rely on hard work, dedication, and consistency...variables that work!
Challenges run in 6-week segments - a minimum of 3 sessions per week is recommended for optimal results. Commit to the 6-week challenge in advance and come as often as you like in that time!
