Zucchini Hash Browns


Hash brownsssss. Try these out and see if they hit the spot!


Ingredients:

1 whole egg

1 egg white

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Dash of salt and pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Medium zucchini

(shredded)

Directions:

>Slice and steam zucchini until soft on stovetop in a little water. Drain when cooked. Heat oil in skillet.

>Mash zucchini until you have about 1 cup's worth and mix it together with slightly beaten eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

>Drop by spoonfuls into the hot skillet.

>After browning on one side flip and brown the other side.

This recipe is the simple version. If you are wanting to get crazy, you can top with egg, avocado, salsa, or cheese!
