Grilled Balsamic Mushroom Skewers


Grilling season is finally here! This dish is great as a side...or appetizer if you just can't wait to try them!

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Mushrooms

3 Cloves Minced Garlic

1/2 tsp. Thyme

2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp. Soy Sauce

Salt and Pepper


Directions:

  1. Marinate the mushrooms in the mixture of the remaining ingredients for 30 minutes.

  2. Skewer the mushrooms and grill over medium-high heat until just tender and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.

To be completely honest, I took this recipe straight off of Pinterest...But it looks amazing and I am just as excited as you are to try it!
